We are currently accepting applications for SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our operations throughout Hertfordshire.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conflict Mitigation: Utilizing advanced de-escalation techniques to ensure patron safety.
- Access Integrity: Managing ingress and egress to maintain venue safety protocols.
- Regulatory Liaison: Upholding licensing laws and assisting management with statutory compliance.
